New developments are popping up everywhere.
The Killarney Distilling Company (newspaper article here) intend to build a whiskey distillery on a site near Fossa on the picturesque Ring Of Kerry.
The distillery plan emanates from the Killarney Brewing Company (website here) who already release a range of craft beers.
A Killarney Gin is also available.
