Ventures like Old Carrick Mill in Carrickmacross, County Monaghan.
Currently producing Old Carrick Mill Small Batch Irish Gin, they have installed some shiny new copper pot stills and will be distilling their own whiskey soon!
They are offering fans & followers the opportunity to purchase the first casks off the stills here.
Casks Away looks forward to tasting that matured whiskey, as well as escorting visitors to the doors of Old Carrick Mill for a tour!
