Concentrating on gin production to begin with, Glendalough have built up a strong following.
Casks Away has always understood their whiskey is made elsewhere, but finished in a rich variety of wooden casks to bring about unique flavours and styles.
Only recently have images appeared on social media sites suggesting Glendalough are maturing their own made distillate.
Casks Away certainly looks forward to the next step in Glendalough Distillery’s development!
