by Dublin Liberties Distillery is the latest whiskey distillery to open it’s doors to visitors in Ireland’s Capital City.
Located in the historic area of The Liberties, the distillery combines tales from the past mixed with a thoroughly modern twist to showcase their range of fine single malts and blends.
Production has already started and fully guided tours allow a close up look of how whiskey is made.
It will be a few years yet before their own distillate is matured, but in the meantime you can sit back and enjoy a few samples in the sumptuous bar, or even a cuppa tea and a snack in the downstairs cafe.
