The growth in Irish Whiskey continues unabated with almost weekly news of distilleries opening, or in Copeland Distillery’s case, planned.
Based in the seaside town of Donaghadee in Northern Ireland, Copeland have already being releasing a series of well respected gins in a variety of flavours.
Expected to be open by summer 2019, Copeland Distillery will initially concentrate on gin production, but the longer term plans are to make Irish Whiskey.
Casks Away wishes all involved with the project future success and looks forward to toasting the company with a glass of Donaghadee made whiskey.
